It all started back in 2015 when Chance, who did her own lashes for the most part was frustrated at the lack of customer service she experienced at most lash salons. Either they were too expensive, weren’t forthcoming with the price or their service or the quality was lacking. Chance dreamt up an idea to marry innovative technology with excellent customer service to create At the Powder Room. It began with the conscious decision to book everything online - creating a calendar so her clients could carve out time in advance to come in for the appointment. This wasn’t going to be a walk in ordeal. This wasn’t going to last 30 minutes, quality lashes take quality time, and Chance was going to make sure that if you sat down in her chair, you were going to leave satisfied and feel that it was worth every penny. And finally, the quality aspect - her amazing attention to detail meant that it would take time. When you come into the powder room, you could leave your troubles at the door and be pampered for the next hour and a half, complete with comfortable reclinable seats and soft blankets.
