Our Story At the Powder Room was born from a simple frustration. Back in 2015, Chance spent years doing her own lashes because every salon experience seemed to fall short. Prices weren’t transparent, customer service was inconsistent, and the quality often didn’t justify the cost. She knew there had to be a better way. That’s when the vision for At the Powder Room came to life—a place where exceptional customer service, beautiful results, and modern convenience all came together. From day one, Chance made a conscious decision to do things differently. Appointments would be booked online, allowing clients to easily reserve a time that worked for them. No waiting, no uncertainty, and no rushed appointments. Quality lash artistry takes time, and every appointment is intentionally scheduled to ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve. But creating beautiful lashes was only part of the experience. Chance wanted every visit to feel like an escape from the outside world.
